Everything!! I loved the hotel, it’s beautifully designed, cozy, quaint,m. You can really unwind and relax. The rooms are modern yet stylish with island appropriate decor. Beds are very comfortable, AC works very well, the pool and pool area is really nice, all quality decor, furnishings, and everything was impeccably clean. I absolutely loved the premises. And then the food! One of the owners is a chef and on certain days offers dinner (it’s a 4 or 5 course menu) and it’s absolutely fantastic (it’s a fine dining experience). And then breakfast prepared by the breakfast chef. Everything is fresh and homemade. Last but not least all the staff is so kind and welcoming. If I’m ever back in Bonaire I will definitely stay there again. Thank you!

The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The location is good and of course the diving operation offers unparalleled freedom. The house reef was worthwhile. The restaurant was tasty and the staff there was super pleasant as well.

Very nice location on a sandy beach. Great restaurant - beautiful setting and very good food.
We were lucky to switch from our 2 rooms to a 4-bedroom villa. The villa was simply wonderful.

It is a nice little city with lovely restaurants and great grocery stores. We found nice shops and fun places to have cocktails by the sea. Luciano's is right across the street from the sea and has wonderful gelato! We had amazing meals at Capriccio (which has a sea view), and C"est La Vie. Bon Tapa has delicious food and and really tasty fresh made sangria. Mona Lisa also served delicious food, but is quite pricey. We love El Pascado for a more budget friendly meal, and Rumba has really great pizza.
The shore diving in Bonaire is really great! We went with Dive Friends for tank rentals a they have multiple locations to pick up and drop off tanks. Some of our favorite dive sites this time were, Torre's reef, Red Slave, Tolo, and Pink beach. All of these also have good snorkeling.
It's definitely busier in town when the cruise ships are in , but they are mostly gone by 5pm. Also, there is a schedule of when and which dock they will arrive at in the local newspaper.

Nice town, always felt safe. Very friendly overall.
Nice town, always felt safe. Very friendly overall. Expensive, but this is to be expected on an island where everything is imported. Cruise ship "tourons" overwhelm downtown during the day when boats are in. Great eating options.

Everything in walking distsnce. We ate at the Trocadero and the Club Boulevard. Fantastic. The service at the Club B was outstanding. David the person serving our table is his weight in gold worth for every restaurant owner. The food fantastic. Also for me as vegetarian. Price vs quality very very good.

Bring your own wash clothes, I felt not fully cleaned.
Bring your own wash clothes, I felt not fully cleaned. You will need a taxi because there is nothing to do but beach in the area. The room 4 I was in was right by the lobby and it was noisy, at night they only serve pizza and it was not good. I would stay closer to the downtown area if I went again because you can walk and do things. The only good thing is if your looking to do nothing, this is the place to stay. My room was supposed to be a deluxe but it wasn't. It was like a dorm room. I couldn't open window because of bugs flying in.

Out of the three islands I found Bonaire the best bargain.
Out of the three islands I found Bonaire the best bargain. Arube is more for a pricy beach vacation, largely for americans. Curacao has a lof or dutch and british party crowd. I found there to be an unpleasant vibe from the locals. Most things are run down.
Bonaire, there is a pleasant vibe, great snorkling all around, and easier to get around by car or scooter.
Gita and Jessica are very friendly, accommodating and hospitable hosts. They provide a tasty breakfast, help visitors in their needs. The property is spacious and in great location: close to the airport, restaurants and beaches, not far from Kralendijk downtown. It is only 4-5 min walk to the nearest beach. I'd like to mention a great communication and quick responsiveness. I definitely recommend this place for your stay in Bonaire. You won't be disappointed. They have a very reasonable price. Overall, excellent value for money!
Casa Mantana is an excellent place to stay: large rooms, comfortable beds, good AC, good shower with hot water, a nice small terrace, close to the centre of Kralendijk with shops and restaurants. Nice little extra's such as a small fridge (I stayed in a room, not a studio with kitchen), anti musquito rackets, honesty bar, library and optional breakfast. Mariët and Ton and excellent hosts. Pro tip: if you book with them directly, they sometimes offer a nice extra such as a free breakfast. Just send them an e-mail to enquire.
Our stay at Delfins was wonderful. All of the staff were very kind and welcoming. The room was clean and nice. The staff helped me arrange a cake delivery and decorated our room for my boyfriend’s birthday. The gym on site is amazing if you like working out on vacation. Overall it was a wonderful trip and we wouldn’t hesitate to book again on our next visit to Bonaire.
The gentleman that greeted us, helped with bags, offered a welcome drink, made our dinner very special (we were only there the 1st night of our stay in Bonaire due to other reservations). I believe his name is Carlos... he was great! The pool was lovely, bed was very comfortable. The palapa beds were much more comfy than expected. Views were spectacular!
My wife and I had the best time at Tanja's place. Everything was clean and maintained well. Beautiful garden and nice pool. Really enjoyed the outdoor kitchen. Short drive to Kitesurfing and diving sites. Tanja was a great host and allowed us to check out late. We will definitely stay at her place again on our next trip to Bonaire.
Best place in Bonaire.. The hosts, husband and wife, were amazing.. Super friendly and helpful. The house was beautiful, kitchen had everything, the bedroom had A/C and beautiful backyard.. The beach was right behind the house.. The place was 10 min walk from downtown
The hotel is located right in the center of the island across from the beach. The room was clean and comfortable. The upper floor had a large living room and a big balcony. We really enjoyed our stay and we will be back. This hotel is 100% recommended.
This hotel used to be quaint and characterful, now it's a little old ant tired.
The main reason for people staying here is the scuba diving BUT the coral isn't that good (bleached and dead) and the standard of diver is sometimes very very poor.
It's a small hotel (without restaurant) in a nice local community 10 minutes from Kralendijk. For me as kiter ideal. Owner knows a lot what to do and where to eat. Everything basic but new with great collars outside.
Amazing staff! Lukas and team are amazing -- so kind, helpful and always up for a chat. Truly made our experience in Bonaire a wonderful one! Great location, very clean and would recommend.
The best place 2 stay in Bonaire very clean and cozy and close 2 everything they take great care of you had everything laid out for me this property is the only place I will stay in Bonaire
It was a perfect stay for my time in Bonaire, the room was very comfortable (bed was soft, good for me!) and the balcony was nice. Hot water in the shower!
